Currently, all of our photos can be found online. To keep costs down for the customer, we do not publish catalogs. Companies that publish paper catalogs pass these prices onto their customers. We would rather save you the cost and provide a searchable online database.

Stock Photography involves speculative shoots in order to build a catalog of photographs that can be searched by keyword. These stock photographs remain in a catalog until somebody needs them. Any time, a designer can visit this site and purchase photos for use in pamphlets, on website, in advertisements, etc.

No - you may not create online galleries of our photos. We maintain an online gallery - and users can be pointed directly to our website. We suggest that you use a LightBox for this purpose.

They can be downloaded in 3 different sizes: Small (4X6), Medium (5X7), and Large (8X10).

Only comp-images have watermarks on them. When you purchase, and download a photo, the watermark is removed from the downloaded photo.

You may modify an image and use it -- however, you may not claim copyrights to that image. Harper's Photography continues to own any images that have been modified by you.

No - you may not sell the photos that you download from this site. You can use them on publication materials and websites - but Harper's Photography ultimately owns the license on it's pictures.

Royalty-Free is a type of a stock photo license that allows you the unlimited use a photo on any media defined in the licensing terms. Royalty-Free is the opposite of Rights-Managed. A Rights-Managed photo needs a specific license stating the audience and material surrounding the photo. All the photos from this web site are Royalty-Free and do not require an individual license. All photos are bound by the main licensing agreement.

Yes. You can use the photos on any project you would like.

Yes. In instances where photos have recognizable faces or buildings in them, those buildings and people have property and models release on file in the Harper's Photography offices. A few photos may not be model releases - these photos have an indication below them as such.

Yes. You can use any photo from this site for a 3rd party project. Please indicate to your customer that they do not own and do not have the rights to sell the individual photographs.
